The 2026 dates for Division 3 are:

Race 1: Wednesday 27th May - Broxbourne RC
Race 2: Thursday 4th June - Barnet & District AC
Race 3: Wednesday 17th June - Harlow Running & Tri Club
Race 4: TBC
Race 5: Thursday 9th July - GCR Mob Match

The Mid Week Road Race League was first held in 1987 and brings together clubs across Hertfordshire (and surrounding areas) for summer evening road races. The races are approximately 10km and the series fosters competition, camaraderie, and participation across all abilities.
